i hope to god you know about how computer security works b/c the people behind some of the wicked shiet (child getting injected with herion/little girls getting raped by prisoners/etc) pretty much run the dark world. if your anus is not prepared, you'll heavily regret digging yourself deeper than you should have.

the fbi/nsa monitor the content going through but are unable to figure out the portions that you wish you could see. reason? the people who make up the darker portion of this underground society are like nanabots operating a 24/7 365 ever changing operation that will remain untraceable , regardless of who attempts to decipher the scheme. this is why the agencies stick to what's on the surface and go after the small time/wannabe pervs that can easily be traced/arrested.

tl;dr: the true deep web = unaccessible unless you are part of the "group". all the illegal shiet that runs through this world go through this portion of the web. stay away from this unless you know about the deeper sanctums of how this content is operated on.
